✅ Description: Our mindset soccer training program is 2 times a month. Designed to help players of all ages and skill levels improve their mental game. We work with our players to develop a strong and positive mindset by bringing special guests like Sports Psychologists, College & Pro Soccer Players to share their story. We strive to target and overcome player challenges so they can stay focused on their goals. Overall, our players will learn the psychological aspects of soccer and how to overcome mental-blocks that will be encountered on and off the soccer pitch. These meetings will always be recorded so in case you miss a session, you can watch it later. 🗓️ Schedule: 1 on zoom meeting & 1 in person (ft. special guests on occasion) 📍Location: @Brambleton Library ⏰ Date & Time: Every 1st & 3rd Saturday every month at 4:30 PM. 🕒 Duration: 20-45 min as it varies on the topic that we go over that day! 👥 Group and individual training: We offer group and individual sessions that provide a supportive environment for players to learn and grow. We will work with you to identify your strengths, weaknesses, and how to overcome them.
