Elite Mindset Training Classes are tailored for athletes from the age of 8 to 18 years old. We host 1x/mo classes in person (virtual access is included) in Ashburn, VA to help athletes strengthen their mentality throughout the sessions by focusing on: - Coaching them on How to Build Bullet-Proof Confidence - Coaching them on How to Set Effective Goals - Coaching them on How to Mentally Prepare for each match/tournament effectively - Coaching them on How to deal with set backs These meetings will always be recorded so in case you miss the class, you'll have access to the recorded version and can watch it later. 🗓️ Frequency: 1x/mo on Sundays 📍Location: @Brambleton Library ⏰ Date & Time: 4:00pm EST 🕒 Duration: 30-60 min as it varies on the topic that we go over that day! 👥 Class Type: in Groups Plan: Subscription Based (Monthly) For individual mindset/mentorship access, email us at Info@FuturElitezSoccerTraining.com
