Cancellation Policy

FuturElitez Futsal Team Policy Welcome to the FuturElitez Futsal family! We’re looking forward to have your player join our team this season. Below is everything you need to know to help your child have a safe, positive, and successful experience. 1. Safety First Your child’s safety—both physically and mentally—is our top priority. We make sure every practice and game provides a safe and supportive environment for learning and growth. Players must wear proper futsal shoes, shin guards, and team gear. Coaches promote teamwork, encouragement, and respect—no negativity or bullying is tolerated. If your child feels hurt or unwell, please let a coach know right away. We want them healthy and confident on the court! 2. Attendance & Missed Practices Consistency is key to improvement. If players miss practices often, it will affect their playing time, no matter how talented they are. Please notify us at Support@FuturElitezSoccerTraining.com if your child can’t attend a session—ideally 24 hours in advance. If there’s a recurring schedule conflict, we’ll do our best to find an alternate training day. Missing practices regularly without communication will impact how much your child plays in games. We want to see every player grow through consistent effort and commitment. 3. Playing Time At FuturElitez, we’re all about development and fairness. Every player will have opportunities to play and improve, but game time will reflect effort, attitude, and attendance. Players who show up, work hard, and perform better than others will earn more playing time. Coaches make all playing time decisions based on what’s best for the team and each player’s growth. The goal is for players to earn their time—it builds confidence, pride, and discipline. 4. Season Details Preseason practices start: Week of November 17th, 2025 Official season begins: December 1st, 2025 Game days: Mostly Saturdays League: St. James Futsal League Home games: Dulles Sportsplex Away games: St. James Facility We’re looking forward to a fun and competitive season where your player can grow both as an athlete and a person.
