In the third, and final part of our More Than A Trainer series we reflect on best moments of the journey so far with the Founder of FuturElitez Coach Parsa
Q- Looking back on when you started FuturElitez Soccer how far have you come as a coach? Did creating drills for videos increase your confidence as a coach?
A- A B S O L U T E L Y!
I'm a very observant person, so, every time we were shooting those videos early in the morning or in the evening, I always paid more attention to the movements and little details compared to when I was actually playing.
This is why I believe, I have improved significantly as a personal technical trainer in these past two years.
Q- When you reflect on it what is your favorite memory from creating youtube videos? Did you look at it as hard work or was it fun to do?
A- I have a bunch of favorite memories from those videos we used to create for youtube in the earlier days. Overall, I just enjoyed the process of it
Coming up with ideas for the videos
Heading to the field with Walter, messing up the intros/outros, laughing nonstop
Learning from our mistakes, the improvements, the early mornings, evening to nights, and then the 2+ hour editing days
... yeah, they were truly all fun!
Yes, I looked at some of the moments as hard work, but that doesn't mean it's not fun just because it's hard work. Hard work will become fun, once the vision is understood.
Q- What moment brought you the most joy in the first year after creating FuturElitez?
A- I'll give two:
One is the day that I registered FuturElitez Soccer as a legitimate business, that truly made me feel so good for so many different reasons!
2. The other one was when my first ever player (Thomas) scored a hat-trick after 5 months of training with me. When we started, he was very timid and did not have foot skills. His shot was raw and not fully developed, but after months of hard work, he became a much better player. So when I heard the news that he scored a hattrick and he was so happy, it genuinely made me emotional.
Q- "More than a Trainer" outside of training players for FuturElitez Soccer, what else do you, the founder of FuturElitez Soccer do?
A- I'm just 23 years old, learning day by day from either my mistakes or accomplishments. From the morning until night, I'm always working on improving FuturElitez Soccer.
Whether it's:
Improving our coaching staff's coaching skills
Making new relationships with different vendors, coaches, clubs
Finances
Talking to our new/current clients to make sure we're always adding quality and serious players who want to become a better version of themselves
It's much more than just showing up to the field, setting up some cones, training players, and going home. A lot of things happen behind the scenes that I am doing my best to show as much as I can to the outside world, so they don't mistake us for just an ordinary trainer.
How We Can Help:
At FuturElitez Soccer, we emphasize a lot on our player's mindsets and attitudes towards not only football/soccer but life. Not only do we emphasize this with our players, but we put out information for everyone to see such as our blogs, Instagram and TikTok. With our podcasts on youtube and our blogs, we try to put out a message to help everyone live their life to the fullest! If you enjoyed this read, it would mean so much to us if you could share this with a friend/family member! Thank you in advance for always reading our blogs on a weekly basis.
