Coaches Have A Huge Role In Youth Development
However, FuturElitez Soccer is much more than just soccer training.
Hello to all of our readers. If you haven't met me I am the founder and coach for FuturElitez Soccer.
This is my soccer program, and we train kids from the age of seven to fifteen years old in the Northern Virginia area. We specialize in both individual and small group training.
One of the main reasons I wanted to create FuturElitez is because I never had this opportunity as a young soccer player. I never had the chance to have a trainer, to have someone guide me through mistakes, through experiences, and to a better route. If I did have a coach like myself when I was younger, then I would've been a much better player.
One of my biggest life experiences that led me to become a coach took place when I was young. I was in elementary school and I was one of the best players in my school. I got chosen to play for a club.
My coach gave me a lot of advice, and I remember it to this day. He would tell me things like "Don't worry too much about mistakes" "Failure doesn't exist." I remember I would be so anxious and I would overthink every move. Long story short the guidance I got from him led me to become a better soccer player and person. Those lessons have stuck with me until this day and it is the reason why I believe coaches are so important in youth development.
In this day and age, kids are very privileged and have advantages that previous generations didn't have before. I'm so grateful that parents are signing them up and trusting not only myself but Coach Roger and Coach Demitri as well.
I've been coaching soccer for five years now, and in March 2020 I created FuturElitez Soccer. At that time I believed that all my life and coaching experience led to the creation of this program.
I wanted to do something I loved and help the upcoming generation in the best way I could. That includes not only helping them improve in soccer, but also teaching them things that will help them long-term in life.

Over the past two years, it has been a great experience. It is such an amazing feeling when you see the kids that you are training developing and showing love for the game. When they are having fun it's showing that you are something right.
Recently one parent told me that her son had improved significantly and began to show high confidence after our training sessions. It was a moment that resonated with me so much because that is why I created FuturElitez Soccer. To do this with every single player we train.
Moments like these not only make me happy, but they push me to become a better coach every single day. I continue to educate myself because I am a student of the game until I retire.
To all the FuturElitez parents out there thank you for putting your trust in us to help nurture your children. We have the same goal, and as FuturElitez keeps evolving the output will always stay the same.
Us Coaches will help them become Futur Elitez!, and they will help us improve as coaches as well.
